Forgot to email you when we arrived Honolulu, and now we’re about to leave for Kauai and Seattle. Time flies!
All systems worked great on our crossing from Cabo to Honolulu. We had some light winds on our trip, and used the engine a fair amount. We even had to motor most of the last three days into Honolulu, which is apparently a bit unusual. The engine worked great every time, and is running cool and efficient. Our Hydrovane steered about 98% of the time we were under sail, and plumbing our galley and head for salt water meant we had lots of fresh water.
Anyway, the work you all did made a big difference in having our passage be comfortable and stress-free.

I would like to thank you and Rob for your incredible support during this quite trying time for us. I know your schedule is quite tight but you managed to make room for us and we both truly appreciate it. Have a great week. I am sure we will be conversing (email, phone??) a bit over the summer about what we need to bring with us or whatever but I do look forward to seeing you in the fall. If you get too hot and want to come to Long Beach, please let us know and our house will be your house / base camp.

THANKS to you guys, NO FUEL TANK LEAKS, the head & hoses are working like they are TURBO-charged, the gen-set, engine, and outboard are all humming.
